You snarl at them because you do not understand. you set yourself on a horse with legs so tall you can see beyond the horizon. You scoff at those who seem less intelligent, simply because you are afraid that there is actually something true and pure behind their feeble tries.
I wish you would stop. I wish you would look them in the eye. I wish you would not correct them, but rather discuss the alternatives to their statements, or politely apply your piece of knowlegde in the conversation along with some sources and just leave it at that.
You do not know their culture, or their hearts, but I know that you have been there too, and that you are desperately trying to prove that you have learned.
And you have. You just have not learned that you do not need to prove it to anyone.
